We are a new Asian Fusion Restaurant that makes spring rolls from recipes that were developed by the founder Samantha Chu that is located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan on Essex Street.

Sam has been making spring rolls in her own kitchen and for friends for years before she finally decided to open Sam’s Spring Roll. Sam has lived in the Lower East Side / Chinatown most of her life. If you are in the neighborhood stop in and say hello, Sam is there 99% of the time.
