The Chimichurri made with olive oil, lots of fresh parsley, lemon, garlic and shallots. Goes best on the Bulgogi, Beef or the Cumin Chicken. This is the mildest of the dipping sauces.
Creamy Verde Sauce
The Creamy Verde sauce is made with jalapeños, onions, cilantro, garlic, and a little salt.
This sauce has a medium spice and if you like spice this goes best with the chicken or the pork rolls.
Ginger & Scallions
The Ginger & Scallion sauce is made with peeled ginger, scallions, oil and salt.
This sauce is not spicy and will go with everything, As Chef David Chang says in his cookbook, “If you have ginger scallion sauce in the fridge, you will never go hungry”
The Crack Sauce is the spiciest of the dipping with Fish Sauce, cilantro, garlic, and Thai Chili peppers.
This is very highly addictive and you can eat it with every spring roll on the menu.

Spring Roll Salad
The Spring Roll Salad, is romaine lettuce with your choice of spring roll, topped with a fried egg with Miso Sesame Dressing.
Rice Bowl with Spring Roll
The Rice Bowls come with rice, fried egg, and your choice of Bulgogi Beef, Pork Leek, Samosa or Cumin Chicken, “naked” spring roll. The rice bowl also comes with your selection of dipping sauce and one spring roll. Garnished with pickles.
Waffle Fries, what else can we say? Waffle fries go good with everything.
What is better than waffle fries? Waffle fries with nacho cheese.
Hand made beef patties served with Pickle Guy’s pickles and Cheddar Cheese.
